Services
Axovia Coding Lab provides web development, full-stack development, UI/UX design, AI automation, mobile application interfaces, e-commerce solutions, and digital consulting services.
Specific project requirements, deliverables, timelines, technologies, and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before project work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project requirements, appropriate feedback, necessary content, assets, credentials where reasonably required, and other materials necessary for project completion.
Delays in providing required information, approvals, feedback, or materials may affect the agreed project timeline.
Project Scope
Work will be performed according to the agreed project scope. Requests that fall outside the original scope may require additional time, cost, or a separate agreement.
Any major changes to the project requirements should be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.
Payments
A 50% upfront payment is required before project work begins unless a different payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.
The remaining balance and any additional approved charges must be paid according to the agreed project payment terms.
Project work, delivery, deployment, or transfer of final project assets may be dependent on completion of the agreed payment obligations.
Revisions and Changes
Reasonable revisions included in the agreed project scope will be handled according to the project agreement.
Significant redesigns, additional features, or changes requested after approval may be treated as additional work and may result in additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Final project ownership and intellectual property rights are transferred according to the agreed project contract or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, Axovia Coding Lab may retain ownership of reusable development methods, general techniques, frameworks, libraries, components, or tools that are not specifically created as exclusive client deliverables.
Third-Party Services
Projects may use third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, software libraries, or other external platforms.
Third-party services may have separate terms, pricing, availability, limitations, and privacy policies. Axovia Coding Lab is not responsible for changes or failures caused directly by independent third-party providers.
Availability and Maintenance
We aim to deliver reliable websites, applications, and digital solutions. However, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed due to hosting issues, third-party outages, maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Client Content and Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content, images, trademarks, documents, data, and other materials they provide can legally be used for the requested project.
Clients should not provide materials that infringe the rights of another person or organization.
Confidentiality
We will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential project information provided to us for the purpose of delivering services, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.
Cancellation and Termination
Either party may discuss termination of a project when circumstances prevent the project from continuing.
Work already completed, approved expenses, or other agreed obligations may remain payable according to the applicable project agreement.
Limitation of Responsibility
We make reasonable efforts to provide professional development and digital services. However, we cannot guarantee that every website, application, automation, or software solution will be completely free from errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities.
Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, credentials, hosting accounts, third-party subscriptions, and business data unless these services are specifically included in the project agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting services from or using Axovia Coding Lab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and any additional project-specific agreements.

Axovia Coding Lab may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised update date.
